KNITTING MACHINE

There was a lot of excitement in class today when Jenny, Rebekah's mum, visited with her 1970s knitting machine.  She has had the machine for 7 years and makes some amazing things with it which she sells on the Facebook page "Made by Mum" under the name of "Little Miss Sunshine".

Check out our beautiful models Karys, Honor, Rebekah and Darcy. 

  

Then the children got to have a turn using the machine. 

  

But the best part was watching Jenny use the machine.  Look how fast she is!

SKETCHING WORKSHOP

We were lucky enough to have past Riverdale student Hayden come in yesterday and run a sketching workshop with some of the children.  He had such a good time he is going to come back next week and work with us again.
